Over the weekend BET aired a special look at the life of R&B recording artist, actress and model Aaliyah who tragically passed in 2001 after a freak airplane crash while in the Bahamas filming a video for what would be her final album "Aaliyah".
Many notable artist and friends pay tribute and look back on the life of the woman who was destined to reach beyond super stardom in this touching presentation on the 10 year marking of her death.
