Have A Very Merry Birthday Mister Mick Jagger!

Sir Michael Philip Mick Jagger was born yesterday, July 26 of 1943. What can I say that hasn't already been said or documented of this living breathing genius. Okay, so he is an innovative English musician, singer-songwriter, record & film producer, lead vocalist of The Rolling Stones, style icon, and an all around, truly one of a kind musique legend.

Mick Jagger, along with The Rolling Stones, began their road to rock n roll domination in the early 1960s as a rhythm and blues cover band. Mick and guitarist Keith Richards manifested a songwriting relationship and by the mid-1960s the group had evolved into arguably the greatest rock band to ever walk the face of this earth. Just see for yourself kiddas!

Keith Richards - A Pioneer In Musique & Fashion

Keith Richards we already know is the legendary guitarist of The Rolling Stones. But taking a quick look back when his style was breaking new grounds with the use of skinny jeans and scarves with velvet trousers, tunic shirts, military and animal print jackets.

Let's not forget the smashing neck pieces, rings, and bigger than life hats that proved not only does Keith Richards have the musical brilliance but he also is a tour de force when it comes to his style in fashion. Above is a photo opt taken in the 1970s when Keith was snapped strolling around what seems to be a parking lot of some sort.

Don't Mess With The Richard! According to readings, the video below is a time when "Remember this occurred in 1981, just a few months after John Lennon was murdered. Keith, wisely, was not taking any chances."

When you have a minute, dig this interview conducted at The New York Public Library, where Richards talks about life.

Brian Jones Is A Perfect Mix Of A Little Bit Too Much From Everything

Brian Jones, founder of that little known band called, 'The Rolling Stones', was a killer dresser in the 1960s. He donned favorite pieces of ours such as turtlenecks, eye blinding prints, paisley tops, and double breasted blazers/suits. Above, Brian is strutting his much repeated and iconic pinstripe suit parred along beautifully with a stellar looking polka dot tie and handkerchief. A perfect juxtaposition made up of 1960s mod influence with a sheer subtle elegance.
