The Kills truly define 'Rock Musique' in the 21st century era, a term often used to loosely in a industry where labels are sometimes unrelated to the actual form of musical genre. It's been three years since the bands album "Midnight Boom" was released because of a brief side project lead singer Alison Mosshart was involved in.
You may remember kiddas, she joined Jack White on his now disbanded group "The Dead Weather". After that project folded, The Kills entered a rebirth with the new album entitled "Blood Pressures". The record was produced by the duo’s British guitarist Jamie Hince himself.
The first single, "Satellite", sounds more introverted and centers around primarily gritty guitar rifts and blues infected instruments. Sounding as aggressive like when they first released their debut album, one important key factor remains, the musique gives more attitude and sounds more self-assured than ever.
As always, we've attached not only the first single's video "Satellite" but our choices as the standout tracks on the just released 4th album "Blood Pressures". Dig it below kiddas.
