One of my favorite pictures from one of my all time favorite shoots! Britney Spears photographed by Jon Ragel in 2000. This photo shoot featured Britney in a variety of outfits on a beach. Here she is wearing a white sweater and tiny blue shorts. Britney, you are the cutest!!!
