Here's Britney Spears on the red carpet at an MTV Bash from 2003. I am not sure what this party is about. Brit is wearing a pretty out there but BritBrit pulls it off. I think this outfit might have been designed by Patricia Fields because that name is written across her butt. Anyways, Brit looks super cute!!!
