In anticipation of the upcoming October issue of British Glamour, here's another new picture of Britney Spears. Brit is wearing a black lacy dress (the same dress she wore in the Harper's Bazaar photos from earlier this year) and black lace up heels that go to her knees. Britney, you are so beautiful!!!
