Here's our fresh faced beauty at the Westburry Music Fair in 1999. Britney is wearing black pants with a decorated tank top and carrying a beaded purse. I am not sure what this music fair is all about but it must have been something for Brit to grace it with her presence. Britney looks adorable!!! I love you, Britney!!!
